Trainers Methodology Level I is the course for Technical Education and Development (TESD) Trainers. This site is the online training site in which the trainer participant of TM Level I can communicate with the trainer. On its pilot stage.

2. Follow the instructions for account authentication
3. Review the requirements of the course.
4. Download the Forms
5. Accomplish the forms.
6. Scan and Upload the accomplished forms.
7. Wait for an e-mail confirming your enrollment. This e-mail will give you your username and password to Plan Training Sessions, your first competency in the TM course.

The course participants are expected of the following:
1. To be online for at least 30 hours during the whole duration of the course.
2. Read and understand the competency-based learning modules provided in this site.
3. Perform the activities provided in the interactive e-learning materials for each learning outcome of the competencies.
4. Answer all self-checks.
5. Pass the summative quiz for each competency by getting at least 60% correct answers.
6. Answer interview questions when required.
7. demonstrate how to deliver competency-based training and how to do competency assessment.

This unit covers the knowledge, skills and attitude in planning a training session. It includes identifying learner’s requirements, preparing session plan, preparing basic instructional materials and organizing learning and teaching resources.

This module covers the skills and knowledge and attitude required in advance training environment using electronic media in facilitating training, including operation and maintenance of the equipment.

This module covers the knowledge, skills and attitude required of a learner in order to deliver Competency-Based Training learning session to individual or group of learners. It covers the following: prepare training facilities, conduct pre-assessment, facilitate training session, conduct competency assessment (formative), and review and adjust delivery of training session as required.
